Guitar Practice

I go to guitar practice once a week. I have so MUCH FUN! I love to do guitar practice. A couple of months ago, I became a musician. My music teacher, named Mr. Biddle, gave me a bracelet that says,
"Childbloom Guitar Program Musician," because I learned how to read music notes, like the 8th note, 16th note, quarter note and the whole note. 

Before I became a musician, I was just a regular guitar student. I really loved to play guitar. It's Amazing. All of the songs that I play normally are Hot Cross Buns, Tankawoa Song, Are You Sleeping and La Folia. I put all the songs in order because that's the way I learned them. 

I want to try to learn how to play Yankee Doodle, because when I was in school, I studied that song for America's Birthday.

3rd Grade

5 weeks ago was the first day of school. I had a blast! My teacher looked exactly like my aunt Kaitlin. They are different because, Ms. Lozano speaks Spanish and Kaitlin speaks English. The cool thing was that nothing was not hard, well the problem of the day was a little hard, but the day was awesome! 

My favorite thing about the 3rd grade is fun Friday. I didn't get to do fun Friday the first week, because I still had to finish up station work. On fun Friday, other people got to read, do art, a minion puzzle and they got to do other cool things. I got to do fun Friday on the 3rd, 4th, and 5th week. I read and did art because I like to do art and I love to read.

My Best Drawing

Today I made a great drawing. Well, I say great what I meant was my BEST DRAWING! I felt like my drawings were horrible, because they didn't look real and they didn't look like the drawings in books. My friend Allison found this channel on YouTube called Draw So Cute. She showed it to me on our sleep over two weeks ago. I felt like it might help me with my drawings. I learned how to draw big eyes, some hair on their heads, how to draw their faces, and how to draw their clothes. Now I feel like my drawings are perfect and they look like those bobbly head dolls.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY ELSA!

Yesterday, it was my baby dog's birthday, her name is Elsa. It was so fun making a birthday cake for Elsa. I even made a video. This is the video I made.

Creating A Video

On Thursday I created a video I had so much fun because I had time to play. I created a video because I wanted to enter it in the film festival. The hardest part was putting it together in imovie.

This Is a Tough Decison

Hi every body! I HAVE A VERY VERY VERY TOUGH DECISION! I have 2 best friends. Both of them are having a party on the same day! My 1 best friend is Gigi and her mom is having a baby so now they are having a baby shower. My 2 best friends birthday is on Friday Feb 20 2015 she is turning 8. Can you decide for me where I  should go?

Studying Earthworms

My table studied earthworms in my class.
We used hand lenses and sticks to move them around.
I learned that earthworms have no eyes. I also learned that Earthworms have no smilie faces like gummy worms. I observed something on the bottom of their bodies that looked like legs. They are not legs, they are setae. It helps them move around in the soil. I noticed that they shed their skin because they grow out of their skin. I also observed that they have segments.  I thought observing worms was awesome!
